Prototypes
I developed three scenarios based on the use of the mobile phone as a tool for social interaction.
As a device which provides the user instant access to social networks, the focus is on the power to activate communities.

Proximity

The first Prototype was developed as a Bluetooth device scan. This application is designed as a single-player game feature. It is not necessary that the discovered devices are running the same service.

Tit for Tat

To translate the communication between two Sims into the Bluetooth feature a second prototype was designed. In this case the users have to communicate via Bluetooth with keystrokes.

Say Cheese

This scenario uses a web server which provides access for multiple players. Users are able to upload the taken pictures to the server application. The face detection software running on the server analyses the pictures and sends the results back to the mobile phone.
